From my recent selling experience in Apr'25, I can tell that Tim and his team at Sherlock Homes are by far the best agents out there and I personally interviewed the top 5 in Perth. If you are looking to achieve the highest value with a great service, look no further. Tim is a very detail-oriented person like no other, so will start by looking inside the house you are planning on selling and will give you 2 options, selling as it is or maximize value by doing a cosmetic renovation. I opted for a 20k renovation to maximize selling value; next day he brought his team to do this professionally and completed within 2 weeks, next thing my property was on the market!!. I also didn't spend any money up front on this renovation as this was sorted at Settlement. Property sold within 3 weeks at ~10% over other 4 agents' valuations and recover 2x renovation cost on top. In addition, most selling agents are based on volume so you are just another number, but dealing with Tim at Sherlock is like being with a very knowledgeable friend, that will hold your hand and guide you through the process. He kept me informed at every step, offered clear guidance, and worked tirelessly to ensure everything went smoothly. Once again, thanks to his expertise and dedication, my property sold quickly and at a great price. I would highly recommend Sherlock Homes to anyone looking to sell their home!

We recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Sherlock Home Group to sell an investment property that we purchased twenty years ago. Our first point of contact was Property Consultant Nusaiba Toth whom on introduction we immediately believed was going to be our ingredient for success. Our investment property had served us well over the years but it was tired and we wanted to be proud of the house we were presenting for the sale. Nusaiba listened intently and asked if she could introduce us to Partner and Director Simon Bird. Simon gave great advice on the renovation and the extent to which we should conservatively invest to bring the house to a high standard that was current in the fixtures, fittings and presentation for todays market and enabled us access to finance, then introduced us to Site Manager Moh Kurrimbaccus. Moh lead a very capable team of tradesmen whose efficiency in completing painting, electrics, cabinetry installation, stone benchtops, skirting boards, flooring, roller blinds and tiling was second to none. The terrific aspect about this team is that they are employed directly by Sherlock Home Group and so the whole renovation was completed in weeks, not months which expedited our launch onto the market, in the market we wanted to be selling in. Nusaiba then stepped in to her role to sell the property. Nothing was too much trouble. She was proactive, gave a very high level of service and negotiated a very good price. Ken was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. The research done for the property valuation was accurate, thorough, and clearly well considered, which gave me a lot of confidence. Communication was excellent — always clear, timely, and proactive — and I was kept informed and felt supported from the initial listing all the way through to settlement. There was never any pressure, and Ken was very easy to talk to and a pleasure to deal with.
